PF withdrawal cheque yet to be remitted to my bank account

Dear Sir/Madam,

My last employer, Exl Service.Com (I) Pvt. Ltd.(A-48, Sector -58, Noida, UP 201 301, INDIA Ph No. 0120-2445900; 2444744; 2444822), had duly submitted my PF withdrawal forms (Forms No.19 & 10 C) to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner on 22nd, May. The company's PF Code No. is "14522" and my PF A/c No. is DL/24041/14522.

This is September and I'm yet to receive the remittance in my bank account as indicated in the forms. Kindly help me to go about this business. I'm currently stationed out of New Delhi, and it is physically impossible for me to go and check up on the Nehru Place office.
