From next moth (oct) on wards plz send the credit card statement by e mail and by post also failing which the card will be cut into pieces and sent to ur anna salai branch.
It was not good experiance to interact with ur customer care excecutive KS Lakshmi on 12 Oct at 1800 hrs.pl send a feed back what action is taken for the aragent behaviour of KS lakshmi.
