Issued a credit card for life time with no yearly charges now they are charges dues which is wrong i have sent them several mails but they are not respnding to them and sending me threatning letters to me and not reverting to my emails

Dear Sir,

Once again I recvd a threatning letter from your company for pending dues.

There is no listening to my earlier emails attached above

I faxed and email many times in this concern and also post my query on yr website.

Pls reply in this regard ASAP as I am also moving to consumer forum and media in this concern.

Dear Sir,

With reference to your letter dt 13-05.

Enclosed please find the correspondence in matter for your ready reference & also is self explainatory

Phone Call was received from Mr Rath on my mobile 9837030425 and was assured that all charges will be “reversed” and the Card will be “Free for Life” and no renewal charges will be taken. But it will only be done in the month of April due to “ Year Closing Factor”.

I thought this was genuine enough reason I kept quite. But I think some gentleman making a fool of me and I started spending on the Card which was not being used so very frequently earlier as you can see the A/c Movement.

Now this is my final request to you to please waive all charges of renewals & subsequent charges on that amount & A/C carried over and make my A/c upto date.

OR else

I will surrender the card & stop using it and take it for granted that using BOB CARD was “ NUKSAN KA SAUDA” and not as advertised by you “ FAIYEDE KA SAUDA”

I am a customer to Bank of Baroda since 1974 and ample amounts of funds are sitting in my different accounts with BANK OF BARODA MAIN BRANCH MORADABAD & INT’L BUSINESS BRANCH MORADABAD and still I am being treated like a fool

I am paying this penalty for my being “ Loyal” to BOB but I think things are charging now and Loyals & Fools are not different.

An early action will be appreciated
