Non-delivery of Couriers by EXPRESS IT

Dear Sir

I have never seen such a lazy/sluggish and non-sincere courier company in my life., I applied for Kotak credit card and it was approved and sent through Expressit 25/08 and i got SMS saying it will be delivered within 4 days but as on 1st september i have not got my card and if i call to bangalore expressit they give lazy answer saying address untraceable and i have given all detail where to come and contact detail. Still i didnt got the card and i used to same old cooked up answer it will be delivered by today and AWB no for the same is 8607896301 .

Not even a single time they answered properly. I request all the company's/whomsoever dont send through ExpressIT

I request you to do something to these non-sincere/Lazy persons otherwise lot of persons would be affected.
