Non delivery on time

Dear Sir,

I have never seen such a bad service, I got a call from my bank that they have sent my credit card and after some time i got a call from courier guy that he is gonna deliver my card, I work in IBM BPO so my shift timings are in evening, he said he can not come during my shift timings, so i confirmed with him when he'll be able to come, he promised that he'll come in the afternoon around 2 o'clock however he didn't come, i spoiled my one day sleep and came early to collect the card but no one came to my office from courier. I spoiled my sleep and work as well, as i couldn't sleep the who;e day this affected my work verty badly.

This was a horrible experience i ever had with any courier company and also to be noted that the numbers they have provided in their web, when we call those number's some numbers are not reachable and on some no one picks up the call, I would definitly suggest my friends and relatives to not to use this courier ever.

They provide pathetic service and they claim to be on top 3 couriers. this wasn't expected at all.
