Non delivery of parcel ordered thro Rediff.com

Dear sir

I ve ordered some items through Rediff.com shopping site on 15/06. Luckily I ve not paid thro Credit Card / DD

instead i ve opted for Cash On Delivery (COD).

The Tack my order status daily shows &-gt; In Transit

with Express IT couriers. But till date I ve not received the item or received any enquiry Calls by the couriers, who are supposed to collect Cash from me on delivery of the parcel.

On enquiring here at my place at Trivandrum, Kerala no other

fellow couriers know this Express IT whether it existing or NOT.

On complaining to Rediff.com &-gt; i got usual automated reply... we ll be back to u with in 24 hours / 48 hours. etc..etc.

I m also lost interest to get the parcel now, since I didnt loose any money...

My sincere advise to all viewers, Please dont pay in advance while doing e-shopping... through Credit Card / DD INSTEAD

opt for Cash on Delivery method... so that u can wait for years to years for the consignment with free mind.
