Non delivery of courie

TO WHOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

Service of express it courier is very bad, my credit card came 4 days back but they didn't bother to delver it. I make call also but these people even didn"t pick up the phone & if pick also they didn't respond at all.yeterday evening i personally went collect it but they didn"tgive it to me & told i will come to your hospital& deliver it there only.i am complaining this regarding EXPRESS IT COURIER Faridabad
