Non delivery of courier by Expressit courie

Hi All,

This is to tell all of you that I have experienced the worst courier service in my life. I have not received my courier from Kotak bank till date (after 13 days). I have called to their local number in Bangalore since couple of times since last one week and they will keep on telling that it will be delivered today!

I even proposed that I come to their local office and collect it but they do not agree to it. They have not called me even once to take any help in locating the delivery address etc.

A sincere request to all these banks - PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COURIER COMPANY.
