Non delivery of pan card at my at my home

Espected sir,

my pan card came through your courier service, but they did not deliver it at my home and make a call me on my mobile and orderd me to come EXPRESS IT courier office at cantt varanasi (up). which is 5 k.m. away from my home. as i was ill at that time so i could not come to their office and i send my son to receive pan card to their office but they rudely said to come with your mother otherwise i will not give you pan card, when my son said my mother unable to come here because she is ill so you have to deliver it at my home so they said we do not provide services at your area and if you do not come with your mother i will return pan card to company. at last after so many requests they give pan card after watching papers of his bike .so please take some corrective action for proper delivery of courier at my home. my courier no. 2634786906.
