Express IT Courier

I booked an order through Indiaplaza(#IN0106110242) and as per their records, they shipped it on 17th June Express IT courier (Consignment # E269994955). Have not received the consignment till now. I tracked the consignment status from their website, they are showing as exception and no update after that. I called their customer care number (022 39539500) few times, but after the greetings, line gets disconnected.

Now I am doubting the genuinity of the courier company.
