Non delivery of courie

I have opted a credit card pre-approved loan in ICICI bank and they dispatch Demand draft thru this irresponsible (Express It) courier (courier dispatched from chennai on 8-Sep-08 AWB number : 2663271343) some one called me on 10-Sep telling there is a courier and need landmark of my house I explained the same to him nearly 10 min and then he told he is in office today and he will bring it to my home tomrrow but that tomorrow didn't come. After 7 days I got the courier company number who can atleast pick up the phone after great difficulty. he told he have returned back the courier but till now (19-Sep) ICICI bank customer care tells the status in transit (means didn't receive the courier back). because of this delay of the money I have to pay 2000 rupees as interest to my credit card and fine for LIC policy (this activities were delayed only because of this dealy in delivey). Now I am paying the penalty for this idiotic courier service. I request to take severe action so that atleast some one in furure should not be affected like me
