Non delivery of one parcel

Axis bank has sent me a credit card under awb 8063002850

to be delivered in chennai

these arroaggant people of express it couriers are sending me

a sms message that they could not deliver the parcel stop

they have gone to my house on a working day when i will be in my

office. instead of sending me a sms, they could have dialled the

same mobile number to ascetain my availablity

i wonder why all banks are engaging this stupid company to

for deivering the parcels

their contact numbers are never answered
