Birla Sun Life Insurance, Chennai, had couriered a parcel to our residential address thru Expressit.in on 21.10. which we have not received it till date. When contacted Birla Sun Life Insurance, we were told that it has already been despatched and to contact Expressit.in courier personnel for further clarification. When we contacted Expressit.in they gave some delivery report no., and some wrong details, saying that it has been received by my wife Vasanthi on 7.11.2008. But, we have not got that parcel as we were not in town on that particular day. So, we requested Expressit.in for a copy of acknowledgement to confirm whether they have really delivered the parcel and whether it could have been wrongly received by some other person. But, inspite of several email reminders to Expressit.in, they are not ready to send us the copy of acknowledge, which shows that there has been some mischief in the whole matter. Kindly help us in securing our goods.
