Transfer of PF from Chennai to Bangalore

I had submitted a request for transfer of PF from my Chennai account (No. TN-565-F-426) to my Bangalore account (No. KN-3485-1717) vide Form 13 on 8th of August. Till date I have not received any information on this transfer. Can anyone please help me in getting the status of this?
