Efund (haramsent and losses)

The company executive Mr Rajeev Ranjan here at Ranchi has come with the project of wireless broadband service with connectivity of reliance in the month of Dec. The demand draft of Rs 100000 (one lakhs) was asked by the company, the demand draft 163580, issued from S.B.I, Harmu Branch, Ranchi was issued on 29th Dec and was even handed on the same day to Mr Rajeev Ranjan. On very day of handing over the demand draft he declared that the company is going to launch its services in 15 days but till date neither the contract letter nor any move from company was made. Atlast the contract letter from one end was signed and was handed over to the concern executive .according to him the contract letter dully signed by the MD of the company will be handed over to me in next 1 week and project will also get on start, But Days one after the other days passesd with just an verbal assurance...

At last when i asked for the refund the contact Nos to which i use to communicate were either swich off or not in service or no responce on calling... some of the contact Nos are 9308501362, 9308569102, 9304818632 and many more which are not in service even.

According to executive Mr Rajeev Ranjan the refund amount check has been issued and is expected to come in one or two days but its almost 15 days passed... just if the refund cheque is generated why so delay in reach and is company going to fullfill for my losses and harasment ...(why company dont responde to my mail since last 2-3 months) why cell of Mr Jha of the company changes . why he dont stands on to hs commitment and why he is escaping from his duties...
