Attery back up problem

I myself shashank. my collage ICFAI TECH has provided me this laptop for studies purpose . i got this in nov now after three months its battery back up has been reduced to 1 hour 10 min n there i snow one ready to respond to my complaint

i am not at all satisfied with acer company, if immediate actionis not taken then i have to launch a complait in the CONSUMER COURT..

KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
