About money back guarantee

I order an Product named eyemax which I received on 10th Dec. and has 10 days Money back guarantee... I returned the item on 16th Dec.by Proffesional courier. I called at the call center many times they for money, they said will arrange for a call back... I waitd for every day did not receive... I called again the other day... he said we will check and act you... still today i m not getting any call from call centre Also the item sent to me was Dummy... It was not the same as shown on TV... there was nowhere TELE-MAX mentioned on the product... It was just a plain thing even colours were differenyt... HELP me recovering my money... They are just taking me for granted...
