Bought USB Mouse of Logitech make from the store, e - Zone in Oberoi Mall at Goregaon, Mumbai on 15/03 (Cash Memo T 10 / 6537). It failed within a few days. Approached the store on 12/04. It refused to take up the servicing and gave a telephone number for servicing. That is a voicemail and it is always full. Lodged a complaint on the feedback email on the cash memo. M/s Home Solutions responded and wanted the details. All the details were sent by email on 19/04. Reminded on 24/04. I received a phone call from Home Solutions, Bangalore promising action by the store. But nothing happened. I sent a reminder email on 26/05. No response.
So I request consumer forum to do the needful for compensating cost of product Rs. 1250/- plus compensation for spending my valuable time on the issue
