Non delivery of envelope

I Vineet Kumar couriered an envelope on 30/05 POD No.33661 from Chapra (Bihar) to Delhi full Add is C/O Sameer Kulpati, 605-13, Amba Tower, Sector-9, D.C Chowk, Rohini, Delhi-85.

I ve been informed that my packet would be delievered on Tuesady i.e.02/06 but when im inquiring on Thursday 04/06, it is still undelievered and not getting proper answer from any of your office like Chapra, Delhi, even it is not uploaded on your site. Only Patnaoffice informed that packet has been released on 01/06 but not intrested in helping me as coustomer.

It is very important and urgent for me to deliever on desired place.

So, help me as being my service provider
