Hi,
I was booking my ticket through ezeego1 and they have debited 17830/- twice from my card (total of 35660) and they had promised to get the refund done in 72 (priyanka from the Customer care had confirmed), This was not done.
Because of this my card limits has been exceed and i was unable to book my tickets and has caused a lot of inconvience.
I would requst you to take this up seriously and an action taken of them.
Why should i suffer a loss because of the fault of ezeego1.
