50% Cashback on Hotel Booking not done

I agree with the other postings on Ezeego1. They are trading one of the largest frauds on internet.

I had made a booking for FLIGHT HOTEL through ezeego1 using my ICICI Titanium Credit Card (Booking Reference No EZR-216982). This entailed 50% refund for my airfare and hotel stay. My flight (which never existed in the first place) got cancelled and I got my money refunded with a Rs 200 service charge deducted.

However, I am yet to get my 50% refund on my hotel stay. Hours of haggling with the Customer Care and sending of numerous mail yielded little. They keep on mentioning about my refund on air-ticket but cannot help with the Hotel Refund.

I am extremely frustrated with Ezeego1 and will ask others to stay away from them. I am also looking mulling on legal options available.
