I made hotel booking no. EZR 2008 577643 on 14 aug at ezeego1. I am yet to receive the hotel voucher - I have sent repeated emails and every time I get new enquiry no. i.e. 76510, 75427, 74382 and so on but there is no response. I have wasted a lot of money on calling their call centres and I even talked to senior call centre executive Mr. Abdul Gaffur - he promised his operation team would respond within 2 hous but more than 24 hours no response - I am fed up with their lack of concern for customer complaints. my contact no. is 9435716594
