EZEEGO1.CO.IN / SBI Credit Card
NOT REFUNDING THE OFFERED DISCOUNT AMOUNT

Hi,

Till now I didn't get the discount money (25% of basic fare) back to my credit card account. I have booked three Indian Airlines ticket from Mumbai To Hyderabad trough Ezeego1.co.in on 26th September through SBI credit card. But till now I didn't get back the money back to my account. My ticket PNR no and Ezeego reference number are as follows :

PNR NO: IC REMR27

Ref: EZR-141859/A

I have launched complain several times through SBI (EZEEGO CUSTOMER CARE ARE NOT LIFTING THE PHONE) Customer Care. The complain nos are:

1) MK0063060100762,

2) 0063230116334

I am really harassed with this kind of conduct.

Please help.
