Cheating Case

I experienced some nightmares all because of ezeego1.com. I booked and Indian flight IC404 from bangalore to delhi for 19th Sep. 2007. PNR No. IC-RGNFE5 was given to me by the ezeego1.com. But when I reached airport I got shocked to know that the ticket was not booked at all and the PNR No. given to me was fake. Not only this I tried contacting ezeego1 customer care a lot many times but the same thing happens alll the time i, e, a voice recorded message keeps on saying that all our executives are busy, please wait or go to our website. Also, I mailed about this to ezeego1 at complaints@ezeego1.com but there was no response from there side.. Now that I am frustated with the pathetic service, I am not getting what to do and how to do. Please someone help me out of this. All what's coming to my mind is taking some legal actions against them.
