I made a booking on your site on17/04 for 2 seats on jet airway's Goa-mumbai flight at 8.30 am for 19/04.I was informed that I would get cashback of 50% of basic fare for 2 tickets which your site calculator showed as Rs 3575/-.but my credit card shows just Rs 1073/- credit!!! Please give me the promised amount. Details of the transaction are as under.

Please pay me the correct cashback amt at the earliest. I used a Platinum Icici card. You owe me Rs2502/-and are refusing to even acknowledge my mails except for assigning my complaint the ref no 41131!!!
