Ezeego one travel & tours limited
Non generation of ticket and no refund

I have booked ticket on 1st october for 2 passenger from bangalore to mumbai through ezeego one travel & tours limited for jet lite for 24th october at rs.8084/-

But while generating ticket the travel agent have deducted the amount but did not issued the ticket

however the ticket is showing in their system as they have given me the PNR no. OROQGQ but they are telling that it is a temperory pnr and the ticket is not been booked so they are telling me to rebook the ticket which is costing more than Rs. 1000 and also they have not refunded the amount till 7th october and are still saying that it will take 3 more days.

thus they are using my money for morwe than 10 days and more than that now i have to pay more for the same ticket for the fault of the travel agent.
