Unauthorised use of Credit Card

I am Dr. Rakhi Motwani and i want to complaint against THis EZEE Go Travels. i have never visited this site nor heard of this travels and on 15th april when i was at my home i got a smsm alert that you have made a transaction of 36411 from the EZEE Go Travels and i was shocked. The matter is with my Credit card company but i want to know the detaisl about this compnay and how can they use my credit card when i have never dne any buisness with them not even heard about them. The company used my credit card and this is indeed not acceptable. kindly get back to me on my menioned email address.
