Efund of credit card amount

I tried to book my domestic bus tickets for 22/5 on EZEEGO1.CO.IN site, using my ICICI credit Card. However, after submitting the CC information, I received a message in my mobile, the transaction has been sucessfull but due to some technical problems I did not receive any seat No, except for the ticket. I then approached the said kaleswari travels & I was told to contact the booking site. I chercked from ICICI bank and was told that an amount of Rs 780 was debited from my ICICI credit card No 4477 4790 0882 6002. I received a call from your mumbai office & was told to lodge a complaint and the said amount would be credited back into my credit account. Do kindly request you to do the needful
