I purchased Branded new FORBEX RO Water purifier from E-ZONE (Rajaji Nagar Branch, Bangalore) with packed one, when i unpacked i came to know the product is already defective one. I called to Forbex Customer care 18004257722 and informed about this defective as well as i called to E Zone people to inform about defective. They told me that they will replace within one week. its already 12 days over, Still they didn't replace my product. I called to those people but they are not replying properly now. i spend around 10, 000/rs. need your help.
