Hi,

I booked a Samsung mobile phone from Ezone electronics Raghuleela Mall Vashi Navi Mumbai on 16.08.2009 and paid the entire amount and they promised to deliver it within 4 working days. After numerous phonecalls, I finally got the mobile phone however a Bluetooth headset which I was supposed to receive alongwith hasnt arrived since then. I call them almost 5-6 times a day and the only answer is that they shall send it to me in the next couple of hours which hasnt happen.

Please do something and dont let such retailers take the customers for granted.
