Delivery not happened after two months

I have purchased 4 items from Ezone bangalore on 13 september. Promised delivery date was within a week. But luckily i got 3 products within 3 weeks. Now one item pending is one food processor. After continous calls to the shop also, product was not delivered to me (even after 2 months). So i would suggest all customers to have a written statement anbout the time of deivery. I hope in 2009 i will have the opportunity to use my food processor.
