Faulty Washing Machine

I went to buy a Haier washing machine at E-Zone on August 15. The display piece was dented from the top. The sales person assured me that he will ship a new piece to me. The machine was delivered three days later (Aug 18, 09). The company person took 3 days to arrive for installation. When he opened the machine, I could recognize that it was the same dented demo piece.
Instead of offering the new piece, the company person repeatedly offered me to repair the dented top, in spite of saying a firm NO for repairs.
This kind of lackadaisical attitude or even worse, forcing consumers to accept damaged piece stinks. My sincere requests to consumers who buy from E-Zone is to check the product on delivery itself. I am going to fight for justice.
