E-Zone - Oberoi Mall
Product Not delivered for almost a month

I have purchased a chimney (Glen 6014) from e-zone on the 15th of May after receiving an assurance from the sales staff that the same would be delivered to me in 8 days.

Today its been over 25 days from the day I first placed the order and in this period Mr. Allwyn has guaranteed me twice the chimney will be delivered to me on a certain date.

What is even more frustrating is that I have to call Allwyn and tell him that the committed deadline is over, then he gives me some crap as to some one was to call and inform and its getting delayed further. Any person with half a brain would have done a better job of following up and having a damn chimney delivered to my place.

As it is there is a lot of competition in the market, providing the customer with such lethargic and pathetic customer service, you will have to ‘shut shop’ soon!!!

Allwyn keeps talking about some Kamlesh Mishra. Am sure he has been tucked in his bed and is deep into hibernation.
