Efund of the booking amount

Hi, Myself Prasad Moghe had visited Ezone Pimpri premier plaza branch on Saturday (23rd May 09 ) & wanted to Purchase Refrigerator in cash. The sales representative showed us various brand. We decided to buy LG refrigerator in cash. The sales representative said us that delivery will be done by Thursday (28th May 09). I paid booking amount 10% by debit card (Receipt No: - 2043003186) & had asked the sales representative Mr Atul that I will cancel the booking if the delivery was not given on the delivery date, he said its fine I can go ahead and cancel the same if refrigerator is not delivered on the delivery date. On 27th May Mr Umesh from Ezone pimpri had called me and said that the refrigerator will not be delivered by 28th May 09 & will require 2 to 3 days more for delivery. I asked him to cancel my booking. Mr Umesh said that it will take 15 days to get the amount back in my account. It’s been more than 60 days now & still the amount is not credited to my account. I have given coupe of vists to the E-zone pimpri branch & had a word with Mr Atul, everytime i was given false assurance that the money will be credited in my account within next 2 to 3 days. I have also sent mail to the E-zone mail ID (feedback@ezoneindia.com) on 23rd June & again forwarded the same mail on 5th Aug 09, however no reply from the Ezone store yet.
