Delay in delivery and no status about the orde

I have bought an Samsung refrigerator and deposited the down payment on 7th June. Rest of the amount is thru loan and the processing for same has also completed on 9th June. They promise the delivery on 12th June. But no communication from their end regarding the order status and delivery date. The concern person Mr Desai was telling that that the specific model is not available right now, so I have to wait. If they don't have the models in store then why they sell the items and promise for delivery??

Please take appropriate action against them.
