Delay in delivery

I have bought an Acer laptop and deposited the full amount and they promise the delivery with in two days. In advance reciept that i have got they have mentioned that delivery will be made upto 20th Agust. But still they are not making the delivery. Whenever I am calling them they are telling that delivery will be made tomorow. But upto today I am not able to get the laptop which i bought.

Please take appropriate action against them.
