E zone / Transcend Pen D
After sale service very poor

Dear Sir,

Just want to bring into your notice taht i bought a transcend pen drive on 02/12 from E zone outlet situated at A B road, Indore. Pen drive i got stopped working within few days of purchase. I returned it back to the outlet with assurance that it will be repaired and given me back within 15 days but till date i haven't received Pen drive.

Please look into the matter sir.
