Not giving such product wht they written in manual

I puerches hcl-desktop from bigbazar (mulund) when i book that desktop they told me they will give me right product with all they maintion in ther book. But they give me worng product & whn i complaint for that they will say give us tiime . after purches that product allmost one month passed but they not giveing me proper responce.now i dont want to keep that product.so pls help me to come out from this.
