Online money fraud

I am a customer of ICICI bank NASHIK & a victim of online fraud and i need help.

I had done a transaction of 2950rs, transfering online to an icici a/c at madurai (A/C no 618305007198), The person whom i had transfered the amount is a fraud & had cheated me of rs 2950/-, as he promised to send me goods against this amount, but after transferring this amount he never answered me again.

Now please help me as to how can i revert this transaction and get my money back.
