F-23 Elite Refrigerator
Eplacement of refregerato

I have purchased a whirlpool refrigerator F-23 Elite vide bill no. 5087 dtd 14.04.08 from Sethi Electronics Sonepat & after two months of purchase i have lodged a complaint for door replacement. The whirlpool authorised representative visited my home & told that door of refrigerator will be replaced. & give me complaint No. HR- 0209004242 but after lot of reminders & phone made door is not replaced till today. So i request your goodself to look in to matter

& guide nme further action otherwise people faith in whirlpool products will be lost & then as per company direction bank draft no. 353278 dtd 17/04/09 amounting to Rs. 500/- in favour of whirlpool of India ltd has been deposited to Mr. Pawan Kumar (local whirlpool authorise representative at Sonepat) on 18/04 (Photo Copy enclosed). So You are requested to please issue direction for the replacement of refrigerator so that faith in whirlpool product is maintained. But after lot of communication referigerator has not been replaced. I think there is no administration in Whirlpool India Co. Ranvir Singh 9891113563
