Purchase of faulty mobile

I had purchased Sony Ericssion Mobile Phone from standard Teletronics, sector 22 B, Chandigarh vide Receipt No 17269 dated 26/1 for Rs.8100/- To my dismay, the set started malfunctioning from day one itself. I immediately approached your authorized outlet referred above i.e.M/s. Standard Teletronics of sector 22 B, Chandigarh who directed me to you. The set was unofficially repaired next day at the instance of your Head Office instruction with some updates.
The set again got off second time somewhere in Ist week of February and the same was repaired by your office after few follow ups and returned to me after 10-12 days.
Immediately after your repairs second time, very next day again third time the set stop functioning and the same was given to you further repairs on 2/3 (R NO SES09CHD11457). The problem diagnosed was total dead with filp/sider problem without power on mode. I was informed that the set will be repaired with further updates within a day or two but that didn’t materialize till date.
I had been constantly in touch with all your service personal namely Mr. Aman/Mr. Kuldeep/Mr. Narinder who have started dillydallying in attending my call and/or deliver the set as promised. Within 1 ½ months of purchase, the set was brought for repair three times with no sign of cell getting repaired. You will appreciate that much of my time and energy apart from mental agony is being caused in regular follow ups. Also I have missed many of my important clientele phone calls during the said period and had a bearing on my regular business.
Due to inherent problems cohesive with the set I request that the set may be replaced on receipt of this letter or else I’ll be constrained to take up the matter with consumer cell at the cost and consequences bearing on the company which please note.
Anticipating your favorable and prompt reply in the aforesaid matter with immediately replacement of the mobile set so as to reduce the damages of important assignments which i am losing everyday due to your noncooperation if not nullify the same.
