Eplacement of defective mobile

Hi,

I am anand jain and i have purchesed fortune mobile f-45 from alwar (raj) and after 2 days i faced charging problem in my mobile and i gave my mobile to shopkeeper for repairing or replacement and till now i can not get my mobile and the shopkeeper response is very poor like go to head office for repair.
