3 burner cooktop one burner not working

This is a company with the worst service, they don't turn up for at least 3 days after complain.

One burner on my 3 burner stove is not working properly from day one, the flame just goes off when something is still cooking, while the gas continues to come out.

Few days back it went off and the gas which was still coming out caught fire form the other burners.

I have returned the stove to the dealer i brought it from and waiting for response from the company, they did not even bother to give me call and I had to call them to which they responded once.

I need to get my money back and they should take such a life -threatening product back.

They should be booked under for being a threat to life
