Poor response from service centre

We have purchased a faber chimney and have always had trouble getting proper service. Moreover, recently our chimney makes a lot of noise and upon repeated calls to Faber Service centre at Kolkata, there no answer on the telephone or the telephone is busy. Even last time, the service engineer was sent after at least 8 calls and after about a month of lodging the complaint. The problem still persists and we are fed up.
