Fabia Elegance 1.4 MPI
Poor Car and Poor Service

I purchased a Skoda Fabia Elegance 1.4 Petrol car in Pune.

Soon the car developed power steering trouble and was picked up for service. Two dyas later the Service manager informed me that my car has been vandalized, while it was in the workshop and needs further repairs!!!

Everyday after that, I have called and or visited the Service Station and I have been given misleading information. I have not seen my car. They just keep making new promisses.

My car has not been repaired. I am extremely concerned about the status of my car.

I have lost complete faith in the answers and promises that Service team is making at this point.

A new car, which develops power steering trouble in just three months, a service center that cannot provide quick repairs, a service station where cars are vandalized, and Skoda representatives that give misleading information time and time again, -- is this what a Skoda customer should expect?

All of this is casting a bad spell on Skoda reputation. I am wondering if I have made a mistake by buying a Skoda car. I could have bought two maruti cars for the price of this one!!!

Buyers beware! It is you money... they are happy to take it.
