PF Account No. & Total contribution Amount

I would like to inform you that I have worked at Electrosteel Castings Ltd, 19 Camac Street, Kolkata-700 017 from 04-May to 31-May under payroll of Facility Services Pvt Ltd, a unit of Manpasand Manpower (a consultancy company for providing outsourcing manpower) having office at 38, Jhowtala Road, Kolkata-700 019 (E-mail-kolkata@facilityservices.co.in ; kolkata@manpasandmanpower.com; Phone-2289-4375/5262/63/64). I am yet to receive dues of Provident Fund account. Though I have already submitted the PF claim form duly filled up and signed to Facility Services Pvt Ltd, I have not yet received the PF A/c. No. or actual date of submission of the Form to the PF authority.

Now I am seeking your help how to know my PF A/c. No. or probable time of crediting the amount in my Bank A/c. I am seeking your help, as I do not get any positive reply from Facility Services Pvt Ltd whether the PF contribution amount deposited to PF authority or not. They are now giving different replies on different time through different persons.

I shall be much obliged if I can get any advice/guideline from you so that I also can take up the matter with the company.
