Hello

I want your guidance regarding complaint against cloth factory running in a complete residential area. This factory creates headache as they work from 8 in the morning to late night. Factory workers are all the time in balcony and see whats going on other house. Kindly assist me by telling where should i complaint whether it is online complaint or to some officer. Hope for a positive reaction.
