Not getting my provident fund

Dear sir

i had work in fag bearing india limited. and i had relieved on april by resine letter. but my resign had pass after three month. ane they are told me that we are agree on your resign and you are relieve on april so how could this possible, because as per rules is two month is notice period here my manager take three month to take dicision.so finally i decide to register my complaint.
