Our consumer No. is FD-394. We have made our booking on 30.01.09. and was told that we would get the cylinder by 7 days. Till date we have not got the cylinder. We are making regular calls to them and they are saying that they have issued the slip but they do not know when we would get the cylinder. Mr C saha from Fairdeal Cas Corner is keeping down the phone and is not ready to talk to his customer and he is also misbehaving with my wife and my mother.

Please take neccssary action against this company as soon as possible as his misbehavior is turnishing the reputation of the esteemed company like Indian Oil Corporation.
