Frequency of route 248

I am a resident of Amboli, Andheri (West). The only bus route that plies to this area is route no. 248. However, every evening, there is always a problem with the frequency of this route. Sometimes, we have to wait for 20-30 minutes for a bus. At times, the bus is totally packed with passengers and yet the bus is not released. The authorities at the starting point are very callous in their attitude. When we approach them, their standard reply is "write a complaint". At the same time, several buses of routes nos. 242, 235 and 268 are released, some of which are almost empty. None of the authorities show any interest in route no. 248. Earlier, route no. 242 also passed through Amboli. The reason for stopping the same is not known. I request, on behalf of the residents of Amboli, the management of BEST to kindly improve the frequency of route no. 248 and also instruct the authorities at the depot to be more attentive to the passengers of route no. 248.
